Ali am glad you mentioned sains as I used to live near one and I liked their clothes x just that I live in sheffield and know for meadowhall and trafford centre you can get gift cards that cover most of the shops x first time I did LL i got debenhams and had a great few days shopping there x they also do personal shopper

I got Debenhams ones because I didn't know where to shop and what I liked, once I didn't have to shop in Evans anymore!
I like some of their Collection for reasonable priced work clothes, and red herring for non-work.
I also buy a lot in Sainsburys...no point spending a fortune on things that won't fit for long!

I asked for gift cards for birthday and christmas presents so I could treat myself to nice stuff as I lost weight. I've still got some in my purse from last year. I favour Debenhams as there's loads of choice...including Radley

Ha ha it's amazing what you can do with a sachet of powder when you are desperate sparkle!! I got a really good kenwood hand blender with two attachments and a mixing jug for £15 from sainsburys the other day it was on offer xxx

Sparkle you need a blender that can crush ice, you basically mix a pack with 12 crushed icecubes and a little water.
Some people freeze the shakes but i've not tried that
