Fudge nut bars....allegedly like a snickers!......looking forward to trying them soon.
Ali1511 on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 15:29:36
I don't know but its to replace the fruit bar.
The peanut bar is lovely if you chop it into chunks and microwave for 20 seconds...totally different!
Demelza1978 on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 15:10:00
oh lyndylou, whats this about new bars??? any idea on the flavour and if they are stodgy ones like the toffee or bits like the peanut and cranberry??
Ali1511 on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:51:23
Good on you lyndy.
Knowing its only for a fixed time helps me. Good luck with it, you can do it Apparently toffee nut bars and mousse mix are on a delivery that couldn't get to my LLC because of snow!
lyndylou on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:44:31
After the RTM/LLL debate I had with myself and you lot i`ve decided to stay in abstinence till the end of the month and then do the full RTM programme then. So 30/1/10 is my last abstinent day. Today is another first!
lyndylou on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:42:53
New bars are out this week
can`t wait to try.
Ali1511 on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:41:26
Well done Southgate.
Lyndy, you can do this. Pick yourself up, make a plan, and stick to it.
southgate on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:36:07
Started LL on Thursday could not make should have started on Wednesday but too much snow. Went to pop in class today - I have lost 7lbs since Wednesday and am feeling realing great and positive I just hope it lasts - this is my second attempt at LL - did not do the RTM but am going to do it this time - reading all the before and afters is giving the incentive to carry on this journery

Penalty for stupidity and lapsing from abstinence=weight gain ( 4lbs
) It was an impressive lapse!!!
GirlOutdoors on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 14:15:42
The first week is rubbish, you just have to get through it. Then your body gets used to it and you feel fine and just have to sit back and watch the weight drop

Pauline you have to carry on through it. Its not easy, take painkilers for the headache, I've gone to bed for half an hour when its been bad.
Once you get thru the other side, its fine
pauline20 on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 11:18:11
Thanks for your comments marlene. wat a lot of weight you have lost fantastic. Will just have to try again.
Thanks
MarleneSB on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 11:14:34
Hi Pauline for me drinking lots of water helped with the headaches and also Redbush tea. Also trying the recipes on the forum to add variety. I have lost over 10 stone so far, this works, but only if you work it.

lyndylou on Saturday 09 January 2010 - 09:44:27
I made the lemon biscuits again yesterday. Cut them thicker and only zapped for 50 secs. Nearly burnt again though.

Glad to hear from you big sis and to hear that you are on the road to recovery!!!
Bigsis on Friday 08 January 2010 - 21:56:16
Thanks Ali. Only problem with this touchscreen equipment here is that it "throws me off line" everytime I try to move around the site. I've ended up with tons of diary enteries for yesterday and it won't let me read anyone elses. Will probably wait till I get home and get a proper update then and delete some of my diary enteries then.
How you doing back on the programme?? xx
Ali1511 on Friday 08 January 2010 - 21:48:14
Glad to hear it bigsis, keep us posted and get yourself well xx
Bigsis on Friday 08 January 2010 - 21:46:54

Thanks for the recipe help. Any advice on the chilli as I found it a little well lets say ..... Yuke
Ali1511 on Friday 08 January 2010 - 19:53:02
I do the same but a minute. It does depend on whether you make it in a jug or a bowl too...not quite sure why
missbiker on Friday 08 January 2010 - 19:44:46
John, I make mine with 140 mls boiling water then zap in microwave for 30secs. Makes it nice and thick.
