Dizziness,bruising & trapped wind :(

I am starting to worry about myself slightly. For the last week i have been bruising easily and having dizziness a few times a day. I have also started getting really bad trapped wind.
Is this normal? I'm worrying about it and think i should see Dr but scared they will tell me to come off the plan and i have done so well.

I need a little bit of reassurance


Foundation

Week 1 = 10lbs
Week 2 = 7lbs
Week 3 = 4lbs
Week 4 = 3lbs
Week 5 = 7lbs
Week 6 = 3lbs
Week 7 = 4lbs
Week 8 = 4lbs 3st Yippeee!!!!

The bars can make you quite windy but I never really had stomach cramps unless I didn't drink enough water and got hunger cramps!
I bruise quite easily as well and I think this because my flesh is so much softer on this plan. My fat was always quite hard but when I am in ketosis its really soft and wobbly!
I think with the dizziness you need to talk to your doctor as this could be a BP related problem, some people do experience this but it generally sorts its self out.

I lost 1 stone 8 in seven weeks on my LL refresher (had 2 bad weekends and also antibiotics).

Before starting DC I had a little over a week off and regained my Glycogen so I actually lost 1stone of fat with LL.

Hi Sammi - there are a couple of threads about bruising - I had it very badly, but LLC suggested vit K supp as though the packs provide 100% RDA of vit K some people who have a tendancy to bruise easily need more.

I've been taking vit K supp for 2 weeks now and the bruising is much improved!

Have a search back through the threads for the info on this!

Wind can be helped with probiotics (LLC can guide you to which ones) and bruising seems quite normal with some people. Good that your BP is OK - see what the blood test says.

Hope you feel back on form soon - in the meantime, take it easy!
