Hmmm maybe just me on a Sunday but lost another 8ib this week so very happy

Week 1 -16lbs
Week 2 - 8ib
Week 3 - 4.4ibs
Week 4 No weigh in
Week 5, 10ibs
Week 6 - 4.4ibs
Week 7 -6 ibs
Week 8 - 6 ibs
week 9 0.5 ibs milk week
Week 10 8.2 ibs
Week 12 10.5 ibs
Week 13 3.8ibs
Week 16 4.8 ibs
Week 17 5.2 Ibs
Week 18 2.8 lbs !!!!!!

First Attempt!

Week 1 = 3lbs (3 days in)
Week 2 = 6lbs
Week 3 = 2lbs
Week 4 = 6lbs !!!
Week 5 = 4lbs !!!

Restart

Week 1 = 7lbs
Week 2 = 2lbs TOTM
Week 3 = 3lbs
Week 4 = 4lbs (1stone 2lb so far on restart!!)
Week 5 = 2lbs Must try harder!
Week 6 = 5lbs
Week 7 = Absent (Funeral )

Thanks again its hard waiting all week I know its 7 days for everyone but towards the end of the week it gets tough never realised how much my weekends focused on food but Sunday makes it worthwhile
