TOTAL lost foundation and developers
130 and a half LBS


RTM WK1 =2 AND A HALF POUNDS LOST
rtm week 2=1 lb off
wk 3=1 and a half off

wk 4 =sts
wk 5 =sts
wk 6 no weigh in
wk 7= +2lbs
wk8 =3lbs off
wk9 skipped cheese week as i dont eat cheese because of migraines
wk 10 plus 1/2 lb
for every stone i loose

[color]I have been 'big' all my life. I never thought it was possible for me to be slim.

From May 2008 - February 2009 (9months) I lost 12st 12lbs. Yes, you read that right(!).

Following on from that I took it for granted and had an operation whereby I couldn't follow RTM properly or think about what I'd learned about my eating habits, let it all go to pot so here I am back again.

At least I know I can be slim. I will be slim again and work hard to maintain that. Not become complacement and say 'f**k it' at the least little trigger.

Week 1 - 8.5lbs
Week 2 - 7.5lbs
Week 3 - 8.5lbs
Week 4 - ?

I wonder how long it'll take for it to be available everywhere? It took us ages to get tomato soup and sunshine orange. Fingers crossed for a speedy delivery. It sounds lovely.

Week 1 = 3lbs (3 days in)
Week 2 = 6lbs
Week 3 = 2lbs
Week 4 = 6lbs !!!
Week 5 = 4lbs !!!

Restart

Week 2 = 2lbs TOTM
