What a great idea. I've had a few days recently when I thought 'I just can't do this'. Now when I have one of those days I'll jump on here and read some words of wisdom and support.

WE CAN DO THIS!! JUST KEEP GOING

Hi Molly, I too lost 3 stone from Oct 2006 till Jan 2007, was only at week 8 when Christmas hit us and I put 6 back on, then I have messed about for 2 years and now I am back again, mainly because my class closed and had to wait for another one to start up in my area.

I am doing the Lighterlife Lite, but some days I am completly abstinent, and I have been feeling great.

So me. you and Journojules need only to get through today without cheating, so let's promise each other we will do it today.

I promise you not to cheat today!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I am feeling tired, but then I have not taken my pills for two day, thyroxine for underactive thryoid, so that is the reason I feel so tired. So today is going to be a struggle.

I may have a meal later, maybe that will perk me up. I feel hungry too, but that's probably cos I am feeling so tired.

This is a great idea. I've been struggling a bit recently and want to get back on the straight and narrow.
Like you, Par5, I'm going to give myself the option of a protein meal once a day if I feel like lapsing, but hopefully will remain abstinent for the most part.
I really wanted some chocolate earlier but instead I went for a 3 mile walk and then made up a chocolate shake to a thick consistency and ate with a spoon. Made me think I was eating a chocolate mousse - yum!
Good luck to you all; one day at a time is definitely the way forward! xxx

I'm back in work today after a week off and was feeling a bit down about it - back to work blues my friend calls it. Then I found out I have to do a late meeting tonight (was very relieved to discover I had a spare chocolate foodpack in my bag to get me through) so that didn't help either. On the plus side, after a week of not wearing them my work trousers feel decidedly bigger!! Mollyjak, I'd love to do Tai Chi. I have a DVD I do at home sometimes but its not really the same. Have you been doing it for long?
