I havent seen one of these threads for this particular day of the week!

So as it was the end of my first week, I thought I'd kcik one off!


ps also i have been trying to update my ticker thingy, and cant figure it out! Everytime i click on it, it goes to another page on this website! Am I doing it worng??

Anyway, as usual, I digress!

Hi Samwidge, I also finished my first week last night another Wednesday girl here!! I have to completely re-do my ticker each time because I cant work out how to update it either. It says on the site to click on the ticker to update but it doesnt work for me!!

Hi, another Wednesday weigh in here. I've just finished my seventh week. Seriously I cannot believe its been seven weeks. Scary. Anyway, lost 3 1/2 lbs, which brings me to 34lbs. Amazing. xx

5lbs off last night for me
Total so far after 10 weeks 43 pounds (3 stone 1 pound!) and a happy bunny!

VERY excited by it to be honest. Prob down from a 22/24 (although I cut labels off everything as I was in denial!) and in a comfy size 18 bottoms and 16 top. I don't want to be a skinny minny - a 14 would be awesome.

Let's all stay focussed because we can all do this!!!

Another 1 lb for me - and after first trigger week - well chuffed! Also brings me back under my goal weight at 9 st 12 lbs - well happy!

Finished RTM at 10 st 7 lbs - a total loss of 3 stone from start to finish

Flying Solo, calorie controlled:
Weight fluctuating between 10 st & 10 st 7 lbs but stable in that bracket.
