Now that there is a good bunch on here do people think it would be a good idea to start our own WI post!! It's RTM where we need to focus so much more & I think it would be helpful to see how we are doing & support each other when we need it. The losses will be lower & we will need to adjust to that.

I'm just off this morning & think (I never know now) that I am due on & have also overdone the protein - so fingers crossed I will have lost something.

Catch you later.....:-h

Another 1.25lbs off this week (and that was doing weeks 1 & 2) . Have set myself a new target as I really feel this is the start of the next phase. It is still quite overwhelming for me, especially when my LLC starts to say what I can eat now.
So, I'm now onto Weeks 3 & 4 this week - week 3 till Tuesday then Week 4 Wed - Fri. Excited now.

Apparently LL HQ are looking at RTM next year - they think it can be done quicker. It was something that my LLC suggested so that I am almost "done" by Christmas.
At the mo, it is just doing 2 weeks in 1 so introducing the 2nd week 1/2 way through the week.
It is a bit more confusing (doesn't take much!!) but you get to introduce foods much quicker.Only on week 1 so time will tell!

I have been considering doing RTM quicker myself as I think 12 weeks is a bit long. Ive just finished week 2 although ive been naughty and having the odd bit of food that isn't on the list.

Its funny that now im "eating" again im feeling deprived which I didn't feel during astinence- weird!

Well done on the weight loss

Total weight loss with LighterLife 5stone 5lbs

I am now going it alone!

I kind of understand that.

I am on day 3 of week 1 and was so looking forward to my cuppa with milk in...........what a disappointment it was

Tea was always my favourite drink, not sure now. I'll give it a go again periodically, but for now black coffee is the drink for me

Well done Belly! This is a good idea for us to have a WI thread. We are expecting a few more in the next couple of weeks too.

Hope you don't mind me eavesdropping into your RTM site.... but my LLC wasn't keen on promoting a shorter RTM when I mentioned it tonight.

She said those who had been on LLL usually had 4 weeks on RTM... but the foundation and developers going onto RTM... should take 12 weeks.

Bellybops, when I mentioned your RTM ie doing RTM1+2 in week 1, RTM 3+4 in week 2, RTM 5+6 in weeks 3 etc.... LCC shook her head. You must have a very co-operative LLC...you lucky thing. Also it's a good idea having a RTM WI Thread - thank you xx

Hi LittleSis!
I do think that these LLCs need to look at their clients as individuals. Isn't it better, especially at this time of year, to focus on introducing foods in a healthy & structured way - do we really need 1 whole week of protein & limited salad? I'm not eating bread, chocolate, carbs, etc etc - just pushing through on the sugar free jelly & yogs!
Why is she so against it - her own income perhaps??
However, having said that, you need to go with her support so that she is there when you need her - but you'v also got us!
Might be worth just putting your foot down - condenesed RTM or DIY!! Depends how strongly you feel.
Keep us posted.
