It's times of acute stress that seems to trigger us all to return to our "old" eating habits, in spite of all the "new" skills we've been given on LL.

The only consolation... is that we seem to be able to recognise what we are doing and why we are doing it. We just need to get the bit right about how quickly we rectify things before our weight gains get too OTT.

I've had a stressful few weeks...some shocking news (can't blog about it just yet... still getting to grips with it myself) and a family bereavement.

Yesterday I couldn't stop binging...mainly chocolate and raiding the biscuit tin. I knew it wasn't healthy and normally I can resist the urges... It didn't make me feel any better.. just guilty... yet 30 mins later I went back in the kitchen looking for more!!!!

Something in my head kept saying to me "Don't do this to yourself" but a louder voice kept saying "You need this right now" and each time I gave in to the louder voice.

I have 2 options today... keep listening to the louder voice or re-focus and get my act together again. Started my day with a LL porridge so hopefully I'm back to making the right decisions today.

To Danielle and my other LL buddies... this maintaining lark is not easy at all....the best thing is that we are able to re-focus and do something about it.

Blogging back on this site will give you your on-line support. If you can't afford LL packs, there are a few buddies on here using other LCDs or VLCDs which are cheaper.... eg Keediet, Lipatrim, Cambridge plus "Boots - the Chemist" run the Tony Ferguson diet programme...... these diets all seem to involve food packs etc which include your daily nutriants and vitamins... My advice is ... if you can't afford LL... then try one of these instead going on any crash diet.

Take care... I'm sure you'll get that weight back off in no time... you've already made a start to address it.

Good luck luv Bigsis... now Littlesis xx
