Started LL in Feb 2009. Did 14wks foundation,4 weeks in Developers then 3 full weeks in RTM and lost total of 4st 8lbs. Went on holiday end of August and everything went downhill from then. I stopped using what I hard learnt while on LL and has resulted in a massive gain.
27.07.10- Started a refreshers group so hope to loose a bit before going on hols in 2 weeks time and then to come back and finish off the job for good.

Went for WI last night and was happy to have stayed the same as I know I haven't been 100% on packs.
Got letter from LLC last night to explaine about my packs incase I'm asked for flight. Its absolutely bucketing down rain here so cannot wait to head to Tenerife on Friday. Will try and catch up with how everyone is doing before I head off and then will have 2 weeks of catching up to do.

Got first WI tonight. A bit nervous as I was the first time and I have had 2 slips this week due to not getting home for lunch and having to work through. Can't cope from 7am - 5pm without anything so am going to take a couple of bars into work and leave them in my desk so I always have them incase be I don't get home.

Well thats heading through another full day in abstinence. Haven't had any major problems today. Went for a 1hr walk after work as well. Our local gym has just closed for at least 6mths for alterations which is a bit of a bummer. Had a really good day yesterday. Feel I'm almost ready to join PD's "Smug Club".

Stuck to packs all day, went to gym (2nd day in a row) for 1hr 10mins. Managed a quick jog for 10min solid. Was delighted with that as its been some time since I have been able to do that. Used my cross trainer when I came home after work, did 100 on gut buster and did 100 leg raises.

Well, week 4 WI of development was last night and to say I was gutted was an understatement. 1lb gain, 1st time in 18wks I have gained. Thats me into Wk 2 of development and a 1lb loss at WI last night. Had hoped for more but as getting closer to target its bound to slow down. Also wondered if going to the gym 3 times a week could be effecting this!! I was making a batch of fudge this afternoon for selling to raise funds for a 24hr relay for life i'm doing for Cancer Research. All was going well until I went to start cutting it up. The first couple of pieces started breaking in half and before I knew what I had done I put a piece in my mouth. Thought ok, its just a little taste it won't do much damage....

Well thats another week on LL past. Had our WI on Tuesday instead of Wednesday as LLC nor locum could do Wed night. Was down 3lbs so on target to loose 3st by the end of 14 weeks, 37lbs in total now. Well went for WI last night and was happy to have lost 2lbs. LLC said the fudge may have made a difference to my loss but my TOTM started yesterday as well which may have contributed. Got our measurements taken since first session and delighted to say I have lost 8cm from bust, 12cm from waist and 12cm from hips. Hard to believe its really that much, fairly gave me a boost.
