Still pushing on [ Show blog ]
Pushing on with the diet. Walking 4.5k a day and suprisingly I am not tired. I just hope it helps the weight loss! Mentally preparing myself for summer hols. Hope to God I stick on the programme and don't dive head first into a chocolate ice cream sundae....~X(

Day 3 is tough. Tough. Tough. I have had to hide in my bedroom with a laptop googling random anything - holiday destinations, clothes etc to stop me thinking about food. I figure if I can get through the next few days then it will be a little easier and the food obsession may die down a bit! * Returning to battle [ Show blog ]
So I have returned to battle. Lost two and a half stone on LL two years ago but piled it all back on by not doing what I was told in class. Tut Tut. Rule 1 was to drink 2 litres a day. Did I hell? So now I am back, new class, new packs, new bars and dreams of one day being a skinny cow.

Losing the waist [ Show blog ]
Ok today was a wake up call. My son aged nine told me I was the fattest mum at school. How awful is that? Decided I have to do something about this and turn up at the school gates in 2010 so he isn't embarrassed to have me pick him up. My husband says I look great which is really sweet but maybe not so helpful????
