Hello fellow LighterLifers! I started LL properly for the 2nd time on 28/06/10. I first did LL about 3 years ago and lost over 3 stone. I have now put it all back on, and more.

For the last couple of months I have been on and off different diets (Dukan and Atkins) and managed to lose over a stone on them. Having done LL before and seeing such great result I new my best option was joining LL once again. So I have.

This is my new (and hopefully last) journey towards reaching my ideal weight.

Starting weight = 73.5 kg
Goal 1 = less than 70 kg
Goal 2 = less than 65 kg
Goal 3 = less than 60 kg
Goal 4 = less than 55 kg
Dream weight = 50 kg

WEEK 2 - week summary and weigh in [ Show blog ]
As I told y'all on my previous entry, the beginning of week 2 was atrocious, but I managed to get back on track on Saturday and have been abstinent since then.

Had my weigh in yesterday and lost 2 lbs! I cant believe it! I am over the moon! 2 lbs after cheating 3 days?!

Week 1 didn't go too bad. I started off testing the water with coke zero, and I got wet. I had 1 can every evening for 3 day. say NO to coke zero!!! [ Show blog ]
I have learnt my lesson. After various warnings that coke zero can stall your weightloss and kick you out of ketosis, i decided not to believe it, and I have learnt my lesson.

Another FAILED attempt!

My 10,000 First day on LL [ Show blog ]
Today is my 10,000 first day on LL. I feel so disappointed, that once again I am even considering postponing this till Monday. I feel so disappointed that I have let myself down, over and over again.
