Have been on th LLL for just over 3 weeks now and have lost 13lbs at weigh in - quite shocked by the amount. Trouble is now have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded all week - had my blood pressure checked and it's low. Don't feel up to exercising and not really sure what to do. have just started LLL and have lost 6lbs in the first week. Finding it hard keeping going but have just joined the gym to give myself more motivation. Worried if I only have a small weightloss this week that I will give in to temptation - how do you stay strong and focused?:-S
