Sunday was the last meeting for our foundation class and I,m kinda confused about how I feel. My first reaction is that we have been short changed .
When you sign your agreement , to stay on the program for 14 weeks / 100 days ,surely that is a two way thing ?
My 100 days should end 5th September and not 22nd August .

I lost 3lb last week and 2lb this week and after the lapses I have had its a wonder it was anything at all.
My group has decided that next Sunday will be the last of our foundation meetings. We are either going into RTM , LLL or developers. I will be going into developers as I still have a lot more weight I would like to lose.

Well ive finally done it ive lost 2st and within the goals I had set for myself which was to lose a stone a month. I am wearing size 16 jeans (started at 20/22) and I,m getting loads of positive strokes. I should be over the moon and I know youve been waiting for it there is a huge BUT ........

Its been a good couple of weeks for weight loss 3lb last week and 4lb this week so another 1/2 a stone gone !
The ladies in my group are all lovely, we had a great night out to see the show one of our ladies was appearing in .
We also have been exchanging clothes with each other as we drop sizes .

Yeah lost 3lb despite lapse , enjoyed the session we talked about triggers and overconsuming made a lot of sense.
Got into the size 18 jeans (looked like they had been spray painted onto me but hey I zipped them up and fastened the button!!!!!!!
Thats the my second goal acheived . 1st goal was lose 1 stone in 3 weeks,
2nd goal was get into size 18 jeans by the end of June.

So glad I was able to let go of all that guilt last night.

I put on the happy " its show time" face , to convince myself and others everything is ok. Well its not o.k , I feel out of control I have been eating / picking at stuff in secret . If nobody sees and I dont tell then it doesnt count right ! WRONG .
The scales will tell on me on Sunday, so I have been skipping food packs, or making myself sick after real food , having a broth ins...

I joined my local gym at the weekend , the scheme is called Be Active which means that at off peak times its free and peak times its only £3 a session !

Well its been a tough week for me , i,ve felt tired and grouchy. TOTM is more to blame than the diet , its has made me realise that I would have eaten starchy carbs to make me feel better and give me an energy boost . Ive got through the week without doing that and hey it feels good to be in control.

After the amazing high of the mid week drop in (lost 6lbs ). I now cant help feeling disappointed with the 1lb loss today.
Ive lost 7lb in a week, which on any other diet would have taken a month of hard work feeling hungry all the time and loads of exercise. So why am I feeling miserable ?

No headaches, tummyache tiredness nothing , worried I was doing something wrong .
And and I can fasten my new jeans YeaH
The ones I bought because they were my size (size 20)without trying them on took them home and couldnt fasten them up couldnt even pull up the zip.
Had to admit that...

Whenever Ive started a new diet it has always given me an excuse to binge. Eating all the crappy junk in the house
so I wont be tempted to cheat once the diet has started . Planning my "last supper" etc.etc.

I am newbie to this site , lighter life and blogging .
My name is Kate ,i.m 39 and a stay at home mum.
I have 7st to lose but would be happy with 4 or 5st and looking at other peoples journeys i,m starting to belive that it is possible.
The before and after pictures are truly inspirational =D>.
I go to my information session on Thursday night.
Any advise on how to prepare would be great....
