Hi All This is my first entry, today is my day2, woke up feeling fine, my first day was slightly difficult, dint like the shakes (banana+vanilla)or the soup (thai chilli), but still a few more flavours to try from.Cant make shakes properly end up getting a lot of explosions even when constantly stirring with cold water. I need a fix for it may be try blender today.

I had my first weigh in on thursday night---lost 5lb. So that was good.
not very hungry these days as expected. do have periods when i lack energy. badly constipated. so my one meal has plenty salad+vegie to build up fibre. still working on drinking, its easy to forget that I should be drinking loads. I was feeling very tired on day 1&2, felt that I have starved myself, it was such a relief to have my meal, i have never loved my mushroom omlette as much as I did last 2 nights.
