| A RETURNERS JOURNEY |
Here I am 5 stone heavier and having done LL before and lost it I started again last night. I drove home from my first meeting in floods of tears as I couldn't believe I'd let myself put all the dreaded weight on. Anyway I thought it might be good for me if i wrote it all down and I hope someone out there can give me a bit of friendly support as i start this journey again...:((
