well done on losing 5 stone clara!! whenever i struggle i just think of all the weight i have lost so far and it spurs me on! think of how different you feel and look now, its so worth it. try and save at least one pack for the evening if you find you are really hungry, i find keeping busy at work really helps and if thats fails i hit the shops and think of all the clothes i will buy when i finish. give yourself non food related treats as well for doing so well such as treating yourself to new jewellery or a book or something like a nice bath. doing this diet really is life changing, i have just been accepted onto doing a post grad law course, something i would have struggled to even apply for thinking i would get nowhere with it, starting in sept just think three stone will fly by if you have lost 5 since september
hello I have been on LL since september and have lost 5 st but still got 3 to lose and now struggling> I have found it hard this month and r hungry after eating packs during mid afternoon any advice anyone
