Are you thinking about joining Lighter Life? Or have you already joined?I have, but before I joined, I tried to find out more information about the diet. The LighterLife website was informative, but if you're like me you'll read the testimonials and think - that's great, but what about those people who found it difficult.

This site has been launched to give you the opportunity to talk to other people who are contemplating, or have already joined Lighter Life and share your experiences with others. You can start your own diary to give others an insight into how the diet is working for you, or browse the forums and chat with others.

Thankfully, the blogs are back up again.  I've tested them offline, and they seem to be working fine, but if you have any problems with them again, please email me.

Has anyone checked Where in the World recently?  Apparently, we have members in the US, and even 1 in Oz! 

By default, the Google Map will pinpoint you to the US if it finds a name place there first.  If this has happened to your 'pin', please can you go into your profile and add 'UK' to the end of your location.  It will then put your pin in the correct country.

Where in the World has finally collapsed under the popularity of it's member locations!! I have upgraded to a more robust version, which also now allows you to add yourself to the map, rather than having to ask me to do it (saves me a job ).

A new field is being added to your profile settings called Location. This will be added gradually to all members over the next few days (it will take a while 'cos there are so many of you - I am currently on usernames starting with C!! - just enter your town/county and UK  and it will magically appear on the map.

For those of you were already on the old map, I will gradually transfer you over, but if you want to save me another job , then you can go and update the location field in your settings.

The new map is now live in the top menu.
